The Project Chairs Lord John Thomas, Steven O'Weise discussed with Project Reporters Neil B Cohen and Christiane Wendehorst and Daniel Schönberger and Alain Strowel the Preliminary Draft No. 2bis. The impact received at the conference as well as in the meeting on September 3rd will be used for the darfting of Preliminary No. 3 until the next meeting in Philadelphia on October 31, 2019.
